We’re so excited to announce that we’re launching SMS as part of our ongoing effort to provide you the best support ever in 2023! SMS, otherwise known as text messaging, allows us to reach you to communicate account updates and changes to your delivery in the event that you’re not near your computer or email. Read on for important information about how to update your opt-in (or out!) preferences, why we’re offering this, and how to get the most out of your messages.

Why are you texting us?

Sometimes, we need to communicate important information about your order, and we realize that you may not always have your computer/laptop/tablet accessible! SMS allows us to give you updates via the cellular network rather than an internet connection.

What kind of notifications can I expect via SMS?

We'll be launching three subscriptions designed to comprehensively keep you updated about your order, changes to company offerings, and deals. These are all separate subscriptions, which means you'll need to opt-in or -out on each one.

  1. Operational SMS - delivery delay updates, billing notices, changes to your delivery 🚘

  2. Marketing SMS - promotions, deals, and coupons! 💸

  3. Customization Reminder SMS - customization reminders via SMS! ⏰

Will you use these for promotional purposes?

Yes, if you opt-in! Our Marketing SMS subscription is a promotional subscription - this means if you choose to opt-in, you'll receive notifications of our newest coupons, promotions, and deals.

How do I opt-in or -out?

Great question. You're automatically opted-in to one of our subscriptions, Operational SMS. Similar to emails, these will include updates about your order. We strongly recommend staying opted-in to these types of messages, as it will notify you of any urgent or important updates about your order.

To opt-out of Operational SMS, you can unsubscribe via the link in one of our text messages, or simply message us via chat or [email protected].

Our other two subscriptions, Marketing SMS and Customization Reminder SMS, are opt-in type messages. This just means you have to choose to opt-in to receive them! You can do that via chat or by reaching out to [email protected] (there will also be helpful pop-ups around the site to do this!). If you find you don't enjoy them - you can unsubscribe at any time just like we described above for Operational SMS.

Can we communicate via text message?

Yes! You can respond to text messages just like you would to your bff.

Can I call you via this number?

No. We are a small, remote-based team, and we use text-based applications to ensure that we can assist all customers in a timely manner. We also want to ensure we can track any questions and concerns you may have in the event we need to follow up with you later! Read on for other ways to contact us if you don’t want to use SMS.
