No Contact Deliveries
We’d like to prevent human contact wherever possible, which is why we introduced our “no contact” delivery method.
We understand your delivery instructions might include special steps that need to be taken. Our drivers will attempt to follow them as closely as possible while avoiding person-to-person contact.
If you live in an apartment building, this means we may not be able to deliver directly to your door; many buildings require us to leave it within the mail room or with the concierge in compliance with new building policies.
We appreciate your understanding and your patience as we work to keep the whole Hungry Harvest family healthy.
We remap the route for your area every week to ensure the smallest carbon footprint. Because the route changes every week, your delivery time can also change. However, we always aim for your area's delivery window! Check out your window below:

Can I set a specific delivery time? Right now, we can only offer these windows. As you and your neighbors skip deliveries, sign up, or adjust schedules, the number of stops and their locations causes your route to change. We then review and consolidate your route to make it efficient as possible. That allows us to get your delivery within that window and helps reduce our emissions!
Do I have to be home for the delivery? Of course not! Just update your delivery instructions in your account with information on where to leave your harvest if you aren't there to receive it in person.
How will I know when exactly my delivery is coming? We'll shoot you a text when your driver completes the delivery before yours, and another when yours has been dropped off. It should arrive within your delivery window.
Are these times set in stone? Please note these are estimates that may change due to traffic conditions. If your driver is delayed, we'll send you a text notification with your new delivery window!
Can I change my delivery day? We can only make deliveries in your area on the assigned day. We choose your delivery day, so your harvest can have a lower carbon footprint.
