What do I do if my harvest was stolen?

We always want your harvest to arrive safely to your home and kitchen, and we are sad to hear when fruits & veggies get taken. Fortunately, we guarantee your satisfaction 100% and we want to send you a replacement order as soon as possible (if available in your area) or a full refund. If your harvest was stolen, however, we ask you to check two things for us first:

  1. Were your delivery instructions followed?

  2. Do your instructions direct your driver to leave your box in a safe location?

Your delivery instructions help your driver find a safe & convenient place to leave your box. This is especially important for busy city streets and apartment buildings, where it can be difficult for drivers to deliver without detailed instructions. Some customers instruct our drivers to hide the box or provide entry through a code or lock box.
