To ensure you receive your harvest safely, please include clear and accurate delivery instructions for your driver.
How to update your delivery instructions
Click Preferences under My Account.
Under Additional Fields, update your delivery instructions.
Click on Save Preferences.
If you live in a house
Include where you would like us to leave the harvest if you aren't home, and any necessary instructions or features of your home. A lot of customers will leave the color of their door, a description of the flower pot or welcome mat.
Example: White house with wooden front porch, red door and floral doormat. Please leave box under the wooden bench to the left of the door so it is in the shade.
If you live in an apartment building
Include how to get into the building (code or number to call), what to do in the event we cannot get into the building (if no one is answering the call box or the code does not work), and instructions on where to leave your harvest (with the concierge, at your apartment door, so on and so forth)
Example: Building is called "Mount Vernon Suites" Enter "*674" on the call box to get in. Then, leave box at the front desk if there is someone staffing it. If no one is at the front desk, take the elevator up to Suite 601 and ring doorbell. If call box does not work and you can't get in, leave the harvest directly under the call box and call my cell (123-456-7890).
