You will be charged for your harvest once we pass your order cut off. We charge the minute we pass your order cut off as this is the last possible moment to make changes to orders or skip deliveries. Your order is final once your order cut off hits.
For example, if you receive a delivery on Saturday, and your order cut off is Thursday at 12:00PM, you will be charged for that delivery on Thursday at 12:01 PM..
What if I skipped my delivery?
If you place a hold before your order cutoff, you will not be charged for the skipped delivery.
Can you pre-authorize my card to ensure it doesn't decline?
At the moment, we have no way of checking if your card will decline. While we would be happy to notify you of which card is on file, we rely on you to ensure the charge is cleared with your bank or card company.
What happens if I get a decline notice and then update my card?
While sometimes we can give 5-10 minutes to update your information, we typically will automatically remove your order once your card declines. That's why we recommend updating long before your order cut off!
We have these cut offs in place because it is the last possible moment before our operations team must start packing boxes. Otherwise, we run the risk of delaying all our routes. We appreciate your cooperation!
How will I know my payment processed?
You can login to your account and view your Delivery History. There you'll see any charges labeled as Credit Card Payment with the date of when it processed.
