Payment information can be entered in your account via a secure billing portal.
While we'd love to help you out, for security reasons and to comply with our credit card processor's strict data protection guidelines, we can't take credit card information over the phone - sorry about that! 

Instructions:

 Non-Mobile Device: 

  1. Click here and login to the Hungry Harvest website with your email address and your password

  2. Click Account Info under my Account.

  3. Scroll to Payment Info at the bottom and click Credit Card or Bank Account Details

  4. You should now see fields to enter payment info

  5. Enter in your Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code then click the button Submit that is below these three fields.

Mobile Device: 

  1. Click here and login to the Hungry Harvest website with your email address and your password

  2. Scroll to Account Info from the drop down at the top of the screen

  3. Scroll to Payment Info and click Credit Card or Bank Account Details

  4. You should now see fields to enter payment info

  5. Enter in your new credit card information and verify your billing address

  6. Click Submit once you have entered your Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code'


If your account is on a secure hold or you need us to process that payment immediately, please email family@hungryharvest.net

If your card declines at the time of your order cut off, this week's delivery will be removed. The order cut off is a strict deadline and unfortunately, we cannot set up deliveries if you update after this point. We appreciate your patience!
