Payment information can be entered in your account via a secure billing portal.
While we'd love to help you out, for security reasons and to comply with our credit card processor's strict data protection guidelines, we can't take credit card information over the phone - sorry about that! 

Instructions:

 Non-Mobile Device: 

  1. Click here and login to the Hungry Harvest website with your email address and your password
  2. Click Payment Info on the left hand side of the screen (computer) or from the top 
  3. Click the button "Click to enter your credit card details securely" to enter in your payment info in a pop up window
  4. Enter in your Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code then click the button Submit that is below these three fields
  5. You must then click Save Changes* at the bottom of the window to confirm the updated information.

Mobile Device: 

  1. Click here and login to the Hungry Harvest website with your email address and your password
  2. Scroll to Payment Info from the drop down at the top of the screen (it should default to Upcoming Deliveries)
  3. Click the X in the drop down to select this page
  4. Once the Payment Info Billing page loads, scroll to Payment Information below your address
  5. Select "Click to enter your credit card details securely" to open the form
  6. Enter in your new credit card information and verify your billing address
  7. Click Submit once you have entered your Card Number, Expiration Date, and Security Code
  8. Click Save Changes* at the bottom of the window to confirm the address and credit card information

*Please note: Once you click Save Changes at the bottom, this page will reload and you will no longer see any credit card information displayed. Your Hungry Harvest account does not show any credit card information information for security reasons. Payments are stored securely with our PCI compliant credit card processor, Braintree. Read about Braintree's client data protection here!  


If your account is on a secure hold or you need us to process that payment immediately, please email family@hungryharvest.net

If your card declines at the time of your order cut off, this week's delivery will be removed. The order cut off is a strict deadline and unfortunately, we cannot set up deliveries if you pay after this point. We appreciate your patience!
