How should I contact you?
We offer live chat support 7 days a week! Our hours are:
Monday through Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 8 am - 4 pm
If you contact us after hours, we'll get back to you first thing in the morning 😊

Can I email you instead?
We're faster with live chat, but you can absolutely email us if you'd prefer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Can I get a credit for issues?
If you're unable to enjoy items from your harvest for any reason, we will offer you a credit back. If your produce has issues (ie: missing, mold, damage, incorrect, rotten) please do let us know so we can improve and offer you a credit or refund.
