We hear you loud and clear! Trust us, we don't like plastic waste either.

While our eggs do currently come with plastic packaging each week to try and prevent cracked eggs, we have been working with Sauder's to test out an alternative.

In February 2018, we should start switching over to a non-plastic egg carton once transportation and quality testing is completed. This takes time to get right, but once we do, we're hoping to provide you with the same wonderful eggs in more environmentally responsible packaging.

In the meantime, please recycle the containers. You can usually put these out in your curbside recycling, or at a municipal drop off site.
