You will not be charged for your harvest until after the delivery is made, so this charge is most likely from the last harvest we delivered. We run billing on Tuesday mornings after your delivery is made. We do this so no one is charged before a delivery arrives!

For example, if you receive a delivery on Saturday, November 18, you will be charged for that delivery on Tuesday, November 21.

If you place a hold before your order cutoff, you will not be charged for the skipped delivery. If you have any additional questions or are concerned you were charged for a delivery you did not receive, please reach out to us! We'll be happy to help :)
